Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

ImportFix AI is an independent software project operated from Poland. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ImportFix helps inspect, map, clean, compare and prepare supplier CSV or XLSX data for use with WooCommerce. It may generate CSV files for later import. ImportFix does not automatically change your WooCommerce catalogue unless a separate feature expressly states otherwise and you intentionally authorise it.

Features may include local browser processing, account synchronisation and optional AI-assisted suggestions. We may add, change, limit or discontinue features as the product develops.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity carried out through your account.
• You must protect access to your Google account and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may not share access in a way that bypasses service limits or security controls.

4. Your files and data

You retain ownership of your supplier files and other content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the features you request, such as storing account settings or a supplier-history baseline.

You confirm that you have the right to process and use all data you provide. Do not upload unlawful content or personal, confidential or regulated information that is not necessary for the intended product-catalogue workflow.

5. Your responsibility for imports

• Review mappings, corrections, warnings and generated files before importing them.
• Keep an appropriate backup of your WooCommerce catalogue and database.
• Test significant updates in a staging environment where practical.
• Confirm that prices, stock, tax, product relationships and identifiers are correct.

ImportFix reduces common data risks but cannot guarantee that a supplier file, suggestion or generated export is complete, correct or suitable for your store.

6. AI-assisted suggestions

AI suggestions are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. They are provided to support review, not replace it. You must verify a suggestion before accepting it or using the resulting data. Do not rely on ImportFix for legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or infringe another person's rights;
• upload malware, harmful code or data intended to disrupt systems;
• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security controls or service infrastructure;
• use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service; or
• resell, copy or exploit the service in a way that violates applicable law or our intellectual-property rights.

8. Third-party services

ImportFix depends on third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI and WooCommerce. Their availability and separate terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party products, accounts, policies or changes outside our reasonable control.

9. Beta availability and future paid plans

ImportFix may currently be offered as a free or beta service. Beta features may contain defects, change without notice or be unavailable. If paid plans are introduced, prices and any additional payment terms will be shown before you purchase. We will not charge you without your explicit agreement.

10. Intellectual property

ImportFix, its software, interface, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Your ownership of your files and content is not affected.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Until self-service account deletion is available, you may request deletion by contacting us from your account email. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement or material threat to the service or other users.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error, risky change or incompatibility will be detected. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ImportFix AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or damage resulting from an import you approve. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ImportFix develops. The revised Terms will be published here with a new update date. If a material change requires your consent under applicable law, we will request it before the change applies to you.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will handle unresolved disputes.
