Does ImportFix change my live store?
ImportFix prepares a CSV file. You review and download it, then import it into WooCommerce yourself. Preparing a file here does not apply changes to your store.
Do I need to install a WordPress plugin?
No additional WordPress plugin is needed to prepare your file. You use ImportFix in your browser, then use WooCommerce’s product importer for the prepared CSV.
Can I try it before sharing my own file?
Yes. The demos use sample products so you can explore both import preparation and catalogue updates first.
Will it work with every supplier file?
The result depends on the structure and data in your file. Check the supported formats and limits on the upload screen, then review the mappings and any issues before export. For an unusual case, contact hello@importfix.app.
Can I reuse the setup for my next file?
You can save your column mapping for a supplier. It is reused only when the headers match exactly. If the structure changes, review the field matching again.
How are my data handled?
Full files are processed in your browser. Optional AI mapping sends one selected column name and up to five sample values. Saved supplier setups stay on your device for guests and sync to your account when signed in. Read the privacy policy.
